This week, To and from the Middle East. In the 1980s, during the Lebanese Civil War, Dimitri Nasrallah's family left Beirut and emigrated to Canada. At about the same time, Tanya Bellehumeur-Allatt moved with her family from Canada's Northwest Territories to Lebanon, where her father was a UN Peacekeeper. Now, both have published books about that period.
