All levels of government say they want to help Montrealers start up businesses, the higher the tech and the higher the salaries the better. But is there really enough help out there for young entrepreneurs? Some say they help is wrapped in red tape and that the biggest problem is finding out how to find help in the first place. We take a lot at the problem, as well as talk to those who are looking for solutions.
