Writers Unbound returns for a second season of interviews with Montreal’s English-language writers. This week host Shelley Pomerance meets authors Ariela Freedman and Merrily Weisbord to talk about Montreal militants of the past. We’ll also drop in at Drawn & Quarterly, the Mile End bookstore, for reading recommendations on the theme of activism and the fight for social and political change.

Each episode also includes thematic book recommendations by local booksellers Librairie Drawn & Quarterly.
