At first glance, the politicians running Montreal and those running the province couldn't be more different. Projet Montréal presents itself as a progressive, environmentally-friendly party, while the CAQ is much more of a conservative party. And that's creating some huge differences between the policies and aims of the province and the city. We look at what this split might mean for all Montrealers.
