4. Are We Heading for a New Nursing Crisis?

DISPONIBLE SUR LE WEB POUR :  83 semaines et 2 jours  83 sem. et 2 j

Nurses are often referred to as the 'backbone' of the healthcare system. But the number of nurses isn't increasing as fast as the population in Quebec, even as our aging population puts more demands on the healthcare system. This means more work and longer hours for nurses already working. And that could be discouraging people looking to get into the profession. We talk to people in the system about possible solutions to this impending problem.

Invité(es) : Sylvain Brousseau, Quebec Representative, Canadian Nurses Association Egbert Gaye, Editor, Community Contact Aaron Derfel, Montreal Gazette Health Reporter Seeta Ramdass, Patient Advocate
