Since 2006, Projet Exeko has been using creativity (art and philosophy) for the social inclusion of people who experience(d) or are at risk of exclusion. Examples of its programs include its nightly mobile van with a library and coffee for homeless Montrealers and its theatre programs in Native communities.
Since 2006, they’ve given over 150 workshops and had over 2000 participants for its projects coming the homeless, aboriginal, youth and prison communities.
BeneLove is a new platform that financially supports volunteer projects from organizations, schools and individuals. The first benefit evening for BeneLove raised $85,000. The money from this will go to supporting projects from all parts of Quebec that relate to volunteerism.
